We thought the office staff was great but very disappointed in the parts & service staff. Will not buy from Alpha again....took too long to repair and kept making excuses and deferring us to the manufacturer when the products were still under their warranty until the products were no longer covered under them now we have to go the extra mile and get in contact with the manufacturer when it should have been covered under Alpha. When we questioned the service staff why the piece we needed for our washer wasn't ordered they said they had no record of it but we had spoken with them more than half a dozen times about the piece we needed. When we asked to speak with the management, all the manager had to say was there was no record of us calling on file and that we would have to contact the manufacturer. Will not buy from them again and will make sure I let my family and friends know about my experience with them. Actually, we started with telling the lady who recommended them...looks like she probably won't be going back to buy anything from them any time soon.
